Take a lollipop stick (available at craft stores or online), and place it on a parchment-lined cutting board or plate.
Melt chocolate, and using a spoon (or a squeeze bottle filled with melted chocolate), drizzle chocolate on one end of the lollipop stick, creating a heart or circle.
Make sure to overlap your design on the top of the stick. Add sprinkles and place in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
